Patek Philippe 1579 Chronograph, 1579J, 18k yellow gold case has developed a fantastic patina on the case from siting idle in a safe for many years, the patina surrounds the entire bezel and is very charming, manual wind Patek Philippe caliber 13-130 the lugs are in excellent original condition with facets still clearly visible with satin finishing on the sides, the original silver dial is astonishingly clean for its age, the signature is clear and unaltered, the applied gold indexes and arabic numerals are clean and consistent, solid snap back, size 36mm, thickness 11.5mm, rare and collectible watch in Excellent Condition with vintage Patek Philippe box and Patek Philippe archive certificate confirming the date of sale in 1952.
