Patek Philippe 3445 Calatrava Automatic, 3445R, 18k rose gold case is in 'New Old Stock' condition and has never been polished or altered in any way, the rose gold version of the 3445 is one of the rarest metals for this model, this model always shows wear and it is becoming very difficult to find this watch in this condition, all lugs and case are razor sharp, it appears to have been very rarely worn, 18k rose gold tang Patek Philippe buckle, automatic Patek Philippe caliber caliber 27-460 M, the movement is very clean and still retains its original gasket, 37 jewels, original sunburst silver dial with applied rose gold indexes, date at 3 o clock, applied gold stick indexes, circa 1970, diameter: 35mm, thickness: 9.5mm, New Old Stock condition with Patek Philippe archive certificate dated XX / XXXX
