Encased in 18k yellow gold, the 36mm case houses the esteemed manual-wind caliber 27-70Q, based on a Lemania ébauche expertly reworked by Patek Philippe to the highest Geneva standards. The case on this example appears to have been never restored showcasing extremely crisp lines and details throughout the case. An outstanding example overall. The opaline silver dial is balanced and elegant, featuring recessed subdials and a four-register layout that showcases the full perpetual calendar with moonphase.
