Introduced in 2008, the Patek Philippe 5180/1G-001 has a fully openworked display set in a 39 mm white gold case with a matching white gold bracelet. At its center is the self-winding caliber 240 SQU, fully skeletonized and finished with hand decoration and engraving. The dial is stripped back to keep the movement in full view, with the bridges, wheels, and engraved surfaces visible across the display.
