This model was issued in an extremely limited run of 100 total pieces in 2013 to commemorate the fifth anniversary of the opening of the Patek Philippe boutique inside the Tiffany store on Fifth Ave in NYC. 18k white gold on a strap with an 18k white gold deployant buckle, automatic Patek Philippe caliber 324 S QA LU 24H, date, moonphase and 24-hour indication at 6 o'clock, day and month windows at 12 o'clock, centered sweep seconds hand, black dial with applied white gold hour markers is co-signed by Tiffany & Co. in the 6 o'clock subdial, sapphire crystal, display back, water resistant, diameter: 38.5mm, thickness: 11.5mm. Still factory sealed with Tiffany box and papers dated February of 2013. The watch was purchased from the original owner.
