Introduced in 2020 to commemorate Ressence’s 10th anniversary, the Type 5X Automobili Amos is a limited edition of just 40 pieces, conceived in collaboration with Italian restomod specialist Automobili Amos. Housed in a polished grade 5 titanium case measuring 46 mm in diameter and 15.5 mm in height, the watch features Ressence’s patented ROCS 5 orbital convex display module driven by a modified ETA 2824‑2 base calibre, offering hours, minutes, a 90‑second running seconds, and an oil temperature indicator, all powered via magnetic transmission. The bezel is uniquely graduated to measure a 15‑minute engine warm‑up (“S”, “D”, “R”) and a 10‑minute turbo cooldown, echoing the turbocharged heritage of the Lancia Delta Futurista. The oil‑filled dial, rendered in a dark olive‑green that appears nearly black, enhances legibility by eliminating reflections and creating the illusion of the display pressed against the crystal.
