This is an 18K yellow gold Omega Speedmaster Jubilee 27 Chro C12 Skeleton 3696.50.31. It includes an alligator leather strap with an 18k yellow gold folding deployment buckle and plexiglass crystals. It has a signed screw down winding crown with crown guards, round chronograph push buttons, and the case was hand finished and engraved by master horologist Armin Strom. It includes a screw down exhibition plexiglass display crystal case back engraved with "OMEGA – SPEEDMASTER – PROFESSIONAL," and a serial number. The 42mm diameter barrel-shaped three-body case, gently curved lugs, and black flat bezel with a gold tachymeter scale to 500 UPH, are polished brushed. There is a completely skeletonized transparent dial with a black and gold perimeter 1/5 second/minute chapter ring. It has applied gold faceted baton hour markers and there are three floating black-ringed subsidiary dials with gold markers and indicator hands, including a small constant running seconds register at 9 o'clock, a 12-hour chronograph totalizer at 6 o'clock, and there is a second 12-hour chronograph counter at 3 o'clock. It has pointed gold baton hour and minute hands with luminous inserts and there is a gold wedge-shaped center sweep second hand with a black arrow indicator and a needle tip. It includes a Certified Official Superlative Chronometer (COSC) rating, it's water resistant to 50 meters/165 feet, it has a 48-hour power reserve at full winding, and the case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Omega Speedmaster Jubilee 27 Chro C12 Skeleton 3696.50.81 has a mechanical manually wound Omega caliber 867 chronograph movement that's the skeletonized version of caliber 861. It's rhodium and 18K gold and it's constructed with 21 jewels, a shock absorber system, a monometallic balance, and the mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3Hz). This watch was released in 1992 in commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the Omega 24 Chro c12 movement, the ancestor of the legendary 321 caliber from 1942. It included an extra 12-hour register and was the basis for what later became the caliber 321. It was a joint development project between Omega and Lemania - the very first Omega Skeleton Speedmaster ever produced.
