This F.P. Journe Centigraphe, reference CT2, is the LineSport expression of one of the maison's most inventive chronographs, pairing François-Paul Journe's celebrated high-speed timing mechanism with a sportier platinum construction. Powered by the hand-wound calibre 1506, it measures elapsed time from a hundredth of a second up to ten minutes, read across three counters, and is operated through a patented rocker at 2 o'clock rather than conventional pushers, with the chronograph train isolated so that timekeeping remains unaffected while running. The platinum case measures 44mm across and 11mm in thickness, a substantial and confident size that carries the weight of the metal well. A blue dial gives the piece a bright, contemporary character against the platinum. A technically remarkable chronograph from one of independent watchmaking's most original minds.
