Exceptional condition 18k yellow gold case on a strap with a matching 18k yellow gold tang buckle, automatic Patek Philippe caliber R 27 PS movement, minute repeater with two cathedral goings for chiming the time activated by the slide on the side of the case, white porcelain dial with painted black Roman numeral hour markers and outer back railroad track, small seconds at 6 o'clock, display back showcasing the beauty and craftsmanship of the complicated Patek Philippe caliber. Diameter: 33mm, Thickness: 11mm. Like New with Patek Philippe box, original strap, additional solid caseback stamped "JHP" and original certificate dated December of 1990.
