Roger Dubuis Sympathie S37, S37 57 0, S37570, produced in a very limited run of 28 total pieces, 18k white gold case on a strap with an 18k white gold tang buckle, automatic Roger Dubuis Caliber RD57, 44 hours power reserve, black sunburst dial with applied Breguet numeral indices, silver sword shaped hour and minute hands, center sweep seconds, sapphire crystal, display back, water resistant to 30 meters. Diameter: 46.7mm x 37mm (including lugs), Thickness: 7.5mm. Like New with Roger Dubuis box, additional Roger Dubuis solid caseback and Geneve stamped papers dated 1999.
