The hand-wound calibre GF09xv carries hours, minutes and small seconds with a power reserve indication, its large inclined balance beating at 21,600 vibrations per hour and drawing on twin coaxial barrels for seventy-two hours of running. The openworked dial is staged across several levels, the balance suspended beneath a high arched bridge so that the mechanism reads as sculpture. The titanium case measures 46.5mm with a thickness of 16.2mm, its doubly curved profile following the line of the wrist. Few sporting watches carry finishing of this order, and fewer still wrap it around mechanics this ambitious.
